I want to paint my nosewheel and eventually the mains on the Legacy.  On a previous plane they were painted white Imron and were very easy to keep clean.   I don't think there's anything special involved and I've seen the Parker MM and areas to be unpainted.   The MM indicates priming and any good polyurethane, enamel paints and the paint range is broad and nonspecific

I am changing the tire soon and want to spray with white enamel out of the can.  Any special thoughts on cleaning or materials or is this as simple as it appears?
