The Concorde RG batteries seem to work very well ( http://www.concordebattery.com/).
Concorde claims they are "Nonspillable at any altitude or any attitude."
RG batteries require constant voltage charging (which is handled by the voltage
regulator in your airplane) and should not be charged with a typical constant
current automotive charger. Concorde has information on their website but
in general the charging voltage should be 14.1V.

I'm using the Concorde RG batteries, so far so good. Don't let them
drain completely or you'll be buying a new one.
