So you think you know what is in AVGAS? Think again.
Cy,
Yep, but it works, has a known octane, doesn't contain any ethanol, contains a ton of lead, smells sweet and occasionly may contain water. What else should I know? Is it a secret only known to the EAA? I'm just waiting until the additive T mumble-mumble is no longer available - and all those souped up tweaked, turbo charged engines start to cough and sputter on the replacement. I'm ready, bring it on......
