The best resource for flying to Baja is the Baja Bush Pilots @
www.bajabush.com   They offer good insurance at a reasonable price.  You do
need insurance and flying is pretty friendly in Mexico, better than it was
the last couple of years, but not like "the good old days".  Fuel is not
cheap there any more.  Tank up in the USA.
