Fred,
   I applaud your two postings as being truthful and credible.  My concern
is that the new company is nothing but the old company with some customers
paying the bill.  All I hear from Al and Doug is spin doctoring.  I wish
they would try to set things straight and settle up with customers like
Tom, Gerry, Marcus and Ron.  The company should have a meeting with all the
parties in one room and get it fixed.

As far as your second posting.  Great informational response.  I think you
hit the issue on the button.
I am glad you are involved with the company.  Please get them to talk to
the customers like you do.
