Along with the static wick info I got from Bill Maddox was a formula from
the company that makes the wicks (Dayton Granger) to determine how many you
need.  It's based on such things as airspeed, frontal area and some other
stuff I can't recall at this hour.  It recommends 15 for the IV's and the
formula yielded a number of 6.4 for the ES.  To be symmetrical, I'm putting
8 on mine, two on each aileron and elevator.
