Recently I have joined the list and have a couple of questions.  I would
like to thank you in advance for any help provided, as I am sure many of
your have answered these questions in the past.   In addition, I am happy to
take answers off line if that is better for the entire group.

I am looking at purchasing a 235 and would like to know how flyable is this
model?  For the most part I am a 172 pilot with just over 100 hours.  I have
flown 172's 150's, Skipper and a Grumman Cheetah as this time.  Is a 235
over my head?

If this plane if not over my head, can you recommend a location one could
receive a top notch Lancair pre-purchase inspection.  I am in California,
but I figure getting the right plane will be a nationwide event.

I love these planes (although I have never flown one) and do not have the
time to build.  Your input is very much appreciated.
