HI THERE

i have a MX20 and it seems to have a mind of its own.

sometimes it comes on as you would expect it to do

       sometimes it occasionally it flashes a light blue blank screen and doesn't do anything

           then out nowhere i will get the dark blue page with the menu and it will proceed to work

ANY THOUGHTS?

this is not equipment i am familiar with
