how did you file?
If you file and execute an IFR flight plan, it will usually show up.
If you fly without a flight plan and just ask for advisories, it depends on what the controllers do with your information whether you really show up or not. I bet Ron Galbraith could provide some insight.

the same day. I had a great tailwind at FL230 going south and I recall
seeing ground speeds up to 315 kts at one point.
When I try to look up the flight on flightaware I just see the slow
flight coming back - the fast flight going south is missing.
I recall that this happened at least two more times so far: The flight
going somewhere with a strong tailwind and ground speeds >300kts is
missing and the flight back on the same day is there.
Is this just a coincident or has someone else experienced something
similar?
