Thanks for the recommendations. We are looking into all those particulars now. We are realistically a couple of months from being ready to have the test hours flown off the aircraft, but that’s not far off.
As others have pointed out, the catch 22 is that we can’t be trained in the aircraft during the test program (25 hours). So we would need to wait until that is done or find someone that will train us in their aircraft which is probably unlikely.

Receiving training in a propjet can be problematic as there are only a handful of instructors who are qualified, willing, and reliable. If you want insurance you will have to go through either a LOBO or HP-AT.com instructor. Rudy Haug is great. Some of the other LOBO instructors are also qualified but not willing to train in a propjet. Pete Z of HPAT is extremely knowledgeable and a great instructor but sometimes seems too busy to be reliable.
