I purposely go through a pair of latex gloves every 5-10 minutes. If they
get ugly looking I change them!
When I'm actually doing a wet layup, I put two, and sometimes (when I wana
play directly with flox for example) three layers on! This way when the
outer glove gets messy, I just rip is off and throw on another... very easy
to do over an existing glove.
I treat the gloves as free and go through boxes without concern.
Finally, not wanting to contaminate them with my finger oils, I never touch
any composite part without them.
In the grand scheme of things I get: Tight fitting gloves giving me
excellent tactile response, a dramatic drop in exposure to allergy causing
stuff, and a drop in the total bucket of cash going into my plane.
