DRAT....I also had to learn that lesson the hard way. I made the hole larger, then added a Bushing to prevent abrasion

Yes I have made that hole big enough so that that tube wont be touching when the canopy seal is glued into position.
I did this prior to sending it to the paint shop which is where it is now.

I have had intermittent problems with my canopy seal inflating. I think the problem is I did not make the hole under the inflation inlet large enough to recess it. Just thought I would pass that along.
