Mike,

In 97 (last century) My IO 320 (with oil) equipped aircraft had an empty weight of 1202 with 423 pounds on the front wheel (CG at 21.93).
That is, it was level, canopy closed, all parts in place, painted, interior installed, etc.

I'd have to visit the airport for the hinge notch question since it was built a long time back.

 Working in semi-darkness...
My "next question" for experienced 320/360 builders:
When you were installing the Wing Flap Hinges, did you notch the lower wing
TE skins or the lower flap LE skins for the hinge pivot points? The manual
(including updated (?) versions is unclear about the correct procedure here.
Or perhaps there is a benefit to notching both skins. Anyone's take on this
step is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

PS: A recent preliminary weight-check put my nose wheel weight (w/Lyc A1A
engine and 2-blade Hartzell installed) at 399.2 lbs.  No firewall accessories
or exhaust system included in check. Any comments or insights from those who
have gone before..  are sincerely appreciated.
A great T-Bird Day to all,
 Mike W.
