There are plenty of really good airplanes for sale with docs.
You are relying a lot on the attitude/craftsmanship/knowledge of the
people that touched the airplane. If you can't identify and characterize
them, then you don't really know what you are getting.
This airplane is available on barnstormers.com and
elsewhere. It appears to be a pretty nice airplane, nicely equipped for a
reasonable price. However, it comes with no factory or builder
documentation whatsoever, and that concerns me. Am I being overly
cautious or concerned about nothing? Would any of you buy a used experimental
with no docs?
