I have a one year old Dell computer running Windows Vista. The PC came with a device installed below the DVD drive bay that has slots for just about every kind of memory card ever made. I plug the Chelton-compatible SD memory card into the correct slot and use Windows Explorer to delete last month's files on the memory card and to drag and drop the new files onto the memory card.
I'm sure that device is available for all PCs and once installed in your computer, you'll be able to read memory cards for your camera, too, and probably every other device you've got. It looks a little like this one for $30:

You can probably get something similar from your local computer store.
Best,
Dennis
