First I want to thank everyone for their responses. I do
have the SID from Continental, I also have Fuel Flow and Fuel Pressure displays
on my Garmin 900. My issue is the Garmin fuel pressure values for Continentals
are unmetered and therefore taken from the unmetered side and not the flow
divider. I didn’t realize the Garmin software values could not be changed
in the field for pilot preference when I made my first post. As a result, when
originally setup for metered fuel pressure from the flow divider/spider I got a
constant low pressure warning due to the difference in values between metered
and unmetered pressure. Those with Cheltons can change theses values in the
field to suit their preference to monitor either value. I agree that the
spider metered fuel pressure is probably a more relevant value, but again I apparently
do not have this option with the Garmin.
