Gerard,

My CHT's are running 325-350 but if I was you, I'd contact Chris Zavatson.  He has a really awesome mod to decrease CHT's for the 320.  He has diffusers and a plenum and he's a really nice and helpful guy and will sell you the parts for a very reasonable cost.   He's a wealth of ideas.

I had a problem with oil temps but not CHT's.  Made a NACA duct going directly to the oil cooler with a 3 inch long piece of 3 inch SCAT and results were outstanding hanging the oil cooler to the engine mount and bracing it to the firewall.

Since installing an EDM 700 I notice my cylinders running around the 380 to 415 deg C

Number 1 380 deg C
Number 2 380-398 deg C

Number 3 380-395 deg C
Number 4 415 deg C

Number 4 reaches 430-450 in the climb out at 130 KIAS

I am thinking of putting 2 NACA ducts in the top cowl to address particularly NO 3 & 4 temps

What say ya'll

Gerard
