Thanks to everyone for setting me straight!  I have a clear understanding on how a low concentration of Jet A could make it into my fuel tank.  We can't stop others from making mistakes (putting Jet A in a 100LL fuel truck or storage tank) but we can protect ourselves by sampling the fuel directly out of the nozzle where the concentration of Jet A would be the greatest and most detectable.
