I think there are cases of 100LL trucks being refilled with Jet A.  So you could have a truck with something less than 100% 100LL, then further diluted in the wing tank.  I believe that the nozzles on Jet A trucks are too big to fit in our smaller filler holes.

 

I wonder if there's some sort of test strip, litmus test strips, that could detect traces of Jet A.
