A huge thanks to all who stepped up with helpful insight.  I recognize this was not a new topic and that there is lots of info in the archives.  (I am continuing to review the earlier threads).  However, because of another a/c accident involving the Plasma III system, it seemed useful to bring it up again to see what other experiences are out there and if there is any new light to shed on the Plasma III. 

The responses have been very helpful and I have been given a very good road map on how to move forward.
