I have a new Walter 601 E-11 Turbine engine for sale with zero time. It has a 3000 hour TBO and is still preserved in its nitrogen filled shipping container . This is a certified engine and can be installed on a certified airplane if desired. However, this engine would be great for your Lancair propjet project and would avoid the controversy over insurance qualification requirements . New price for this engine from Walter is approx. $270,000.00. I currently have it listed in trade-a-plane for $179,000.00. I am soon going to reduce the price in trade-a-plane to $165,000.00 (OBO) but wanted to give the Lancair network a chance at a great deal before I open it up to the rest of the world. I am currently building on my second Lancair Propjet and purchased a pair of these engines with the intention of selling one. The mate to this engine is being installed on this project.
