Thanks for the insight Earl.  I few years ago, I envisioned doing the paint myself but after shooting a couple of coats of primer, I knew I was not meant to paint!  I'm just terrible with this activity.  I guess I will be paying for my lack of energy and time to learn this skill...  Glad to hear that you made out okay though.
