[John's POH file has been uploaded to the LML website, and is available for download.  Please be advised, it is a large file, about 2.7MB, and in typical MS Word fashion, displays some 'weirdnesses' as regards formatting.  John has asked that anyone who might be a MS Word guru take a shot at getting the formatting straightened out.  If you manage to fix it, please let me know, send me an updated copy and I'll add it to the website as a revised version of the original.  Go to www.lancaironline.net/maillist.html, choose the "Checklists / Handbooks" menu item.... John's POH is at the bottom of the Checklists/Handbooks page.  If you don't see the "Checklists / Handbooks" menu item, just force a reload of the page to insure you're not seeing the older version from your computer's cache.   <Marv>   ]
