Use DP40LF (or 48, or other numbers which represent colors), it's a two part
epoxy primer.  I know Don Barnes used it and really liked it.  He also then
painted the insides.  The DP40, etc and be mixed as either a primer or a
sealer.  See the data sheet for more info.

For the Wheel Wells on a Legacy Retractable, what is best for coatings.

To Prime (I have WLS) and then paint, or to just use Fuel Tank Epoxy Sealant
without priming?

If Fuel Tank Epoxy Sealant is best, does anyone have any left (That is not
expired) for sale?

Thanks
