For the Wheel Wells on a Legacy Retractable, what is best for coatings.

To Prime (I have WLS) and then paint, or to just use Fuel Tank Epoxy Sealant without priming?

If Fuel Tank Epoxy Sealant is best, does anyone have any left (That is not expired) for sale?
