On both my ES's and my Legacy, I ran 55 psi in the nose wheel
and 45 psi in the mains. The nose gear can have a lot of weight on it for
that one small tire. I found that both types of planes tracked better with
the higher nose wheel pressure. Didn't seem to cause any more than the
normal wear.
