There is a block of rooms at the Comfort Suites for Friday, September 2^nd and Saturday, September 3^rd at $89.00.  Please call the hotel directly, (541)504-8900 to make your reservation.  The block of rooms are reserved under Lancair Fly-In.

 

Ground School will be offered on Friday, September 2^nd from 9am to 5pm at the Comfort Suites.  Please call Kimbra Guillot-Ong at Lancair to sign up and pre-pay.  Also if you are in need of Recurrent Training, that can be arranged as well.  Cost for Ground School is $395 and with Recurrent Training it is $795.

 

Friday night, Mountain High Oxygen will be hosting their annual BBQ.  Please call the office and let us know if you will be attending this event so we can have a head count.

 

Saturday morning we have replaced the golf tournament with a hike.  Peter Grube our newest sales person is an actually Oregonian (these are rare to find) and has offered to lead a short, low impact hike.  Peter is very knowledgeable in the geography of Oregon as well as general nature trail information.  Please be ready to leave Lancair at 8:30am, Saturday morning.  You will need sturdy shoes, possible a light jacket (depends on the weather) and a day pack to carry water.  The estimated time of return to Lancair is 12noon.  We need a minimum of 5 people to sign up for this.

 

Also on Saturday there will be the annual shopping trip in Sisters.  We will depart at 12:30pm and return to Lancair at 4pm. Please sign up ahead of time to ensure we have enough vehicles.

 

The Lancair BBQ will be Saturday night and we should start serving at 5:30pm.  We need a head count for the caterer so please call in your parties number to the office.

 

Saturday night we are adding another dimension, we are going to try our hand at a few cards games.  So bring your best Poker face. No need to sign up early.

 

Sunday there will be the Annual Redmond 100.  Race rules and course will be discussed Saturday night prior to the cards being brought out.  Kevin Roberts from the Sales staff will be coordinating this event.
