After making sure all gas fumes were gone (filled and rinsed the tank with
water several times), I pulled a vacuum in the tank while painting the
outside with thin resin. The vacuum pulled the resin in through the leak
areas and fixed it.

Anybody got any super ingenious ideas on finding/fixing a
header tank leak in a 235? It's leaking at about 3/4 full on
the pax side and between the firewall and the header. (super
easy to get to---NOT) I'm about to start cutting a hole
through the outer skin at the top of the tank. Then I have to
determine the best way to close it back up.
