I really hate to get into this, but here goes. AOPA has just sent
this weeks e-pilot and has an 8 page article that gets to the heat of this
matter. It's deals with "Maneuvering Flight" and page one at the bottom
says it all, "The second group of pilots fails to understand or deliberately
takes significant risks. Some can be led to the path of safety and the
others may well become an accident statistic. NO AMOUNT OF TRAINING CAN
COMPENSATE FOR REALLY BAD JUDGMENT."

PS this article is worth the read.
