The L-IVT that crashed in Canada (N750F) did have a Chelton system that the Transportation Safety Board of Canada recovered and sent us for investigation. We were able to recover the data from the last few flights that the TSBC will use in their report. There was nothing in the data that pointed to a cause of general concern that has not already been addressed. It is appropriate to wait for the official report.

Unfortunately the factory Legacy did not have a Chelton system so there was no data to recover.
