I had to purchase conductive epoxy to repair one static wick that was knocked out with someone walking into it.  The repair is done.  The epoxy has a 3 month shelf life of which 3 weeks is already gone.  The remainder is free to anyone who can use it.  Should be enough to do an entire plane.  Lunar Products LP-89, 50 gr. Kit.
