Walter,

So, if I climb to, say, FL240 at 2700 RMP and 38" MP I could reduce MP to
31" and RPM to somewhere between 2300 and 2700; then do the "big pull" to 50
degrees LOP and be in good shape?

Lynn:

What is the maximum manifold pressure at which one may perform the "big
pull" (go LOP)?

I use the proposed max MP for cruise as the maximum MP to do the BMP.

Walter
