That is how I understood the mod from the discussions. For your idea, the
box would be higher on the cylinder? Above the top of the fins?

I know you were asking George but I also had a question. I'm just
installing
and modifying the baffling on my engine. On the "dog house" over the flat
spot on #2 it appears the top is open inside the oil cooler box. Is that
so?
When the oil cooler door is closed are you concerned that the air might
find
an easier path out through the oil cooler rather than back around the
lower
section of the cooling fins? Was there some reason you left it open?
