Just wanted to publicly say thank you (once again) for hosting your annual fly in. Shelby and I really enjoyed your hospitality and truly appreciated the opportunity to meet fellow Lancair fliers in Redmond. I am always impressed by the lengths your staff will go to make sure the customer is happy. Kim and Jody greeted us warmly; Amy, Andrea, Jon, Gary and all of avionics pitched in to find the source of our wx 500 issues;  John L . and his folks helped us on Sunday when Tim's sharp eyes spotted a leaking nose gear cylinder. Kimbra helped me to arrange the seminar I presented on Saturday. Vern and Robert always go to great lengths to make sure we get the parts support we need and last weekend was no exception. I know many members of your staff worked throughout a holiday weekend helping you host the event so we all could enjoy it. Thank you very much.
