 Andre,

What MP x RPM x FF X TIT and KIAS are you using in the climb?

My preference for TSIO-550 engines in the IV-P's is  to climb at WOT x 2600
or 2700 RPM,  with sufficient fuel flow to keep the TITs down to no more than
1350F, or less.

With the baffling properly re-designed,  that will keep the hottest CHT down
to under 380F in the climb at 145 KIAS in the climb.

Operating it that way, the  ROC is rather spectacular.   S.L. to 20,000 in 10
minutes or so.
