I purchased two front seats from Jim Griffin some time ago.  They used the Lancair frame and Jim customized the seat back and bottom.  The seats had a  weak reclining mechanism with aluminum teeth that fractured easily.  I understand that this reclining mechanism has been discontinued (for good reason) and there are no reclining mechanisms available for this seat.

 

I was wondering if anyone has found a suitable reclining mechanism for the Lancair seats.
