Completing a 235/320. Is the bob-weight needed? None on our
(yet).

My 235/320 has the bob-weight as it was recommended to me from the factory
to install it. I have never flown with out it, so I do not know how
different the plane would fly. I do believe it helps reduce some the
pitch sensitivity under a load such as in a turn.
