We have had great experience in ordering parts.  When the window blew out, we called Vern (but he was on vacation) and ordered another window to be sent to our home.  This was on a Friday morning.  We fixed the plane enough to fly home and by Tuesday morning, a new window was at our front door.  Can't complain!
