I just bought a Lyc. O-360-A4J (wide deck, dynafocal, fixed pitch
operation).
As I uncrated the engine, I banged my forehead into nothing less than a
solid crank. That hurt, since I would prefer hydraulic CS operation.

Q: Does one of you engine gurus know if a crank from a O-360-A1A will
fit and, if so, what the appropriate part # is? Any other suggestions
happily taken! The crank case seems to have all provisions needed for CS
operation, so I think we are talking crankshaft only?
Parts catalog  PC-306-1 seems to be the place to check, but it appears
to be on backorder for the time being.
