Be very careful with your steep approach on final if you plan to land here in
Colorado during a summer afternoon.  You may be caught off-guard by how much
power is required to stop the decent rate when you flare.  Density altitude
has taken its tole on numerous aircraft this summer.  I know --- I write up
the accident reports.
