Jim,
I installed dual pedals in my 360.  Functionally the only time they
have ever been used is during hand propping.  The passenger can stand on
the brakes(in addition to wheel chokes).
Even so, I would still add them.  If you ever take a checkride with an
FAA examiner, which I did, he may want to see a full set of dual
controls. I think the FARs require it.  A flight instructor may also
feel the same if unfamiliar with your flying skills or the plane.
