An instructor friend told me he would not want to use my airplane for
unusual attitude training without rudder pedals on both sides.  Guess he
wants a chance at saving his own life if the attitude gets TOO unusual.

I would prefer only one set of rudder pedals for the same reasons (weight,
complexity, room).
