You should be in the Oxygen business. Its easy, just call Mountain High or
check their web site and order the "Transfiller". This will allow you to
rent or buy a standard oxygen cylinder, the one that is about 4' tall, and
get it refilled or exchanged at your local commercial oxygen supplier (the
one your FBO uses). Just phone them first and check the price of "oxygen
for welding" and then call back and ask for a quote on "aviation breathing
oxygen". Don't pay a premium since the oxygen supplier uses the same stuff
for both applications and the only difference is the name on the bottle.
Several of us started with one bottle a few years ago and ended up with two
bottles to save money, time going after refills and more pressure (use #1
bottle to refill your tank and #2 to top it off). It will not take long to
pay off the investment. You will end up using it more since it is so cheap
once you have your own refill set up.
