I'm getting ready to reline my brakes, and I can't lay my hands on the
manual pages that address the wheel/brake assemblies.  It appears that I
need to remove the brake rotor from the wheel and remove the wheel from
the axle to get at the two bolts/nuts that hold the Matco brake caliper. There ought to be a way to do this without having to remove the
wheel/tire.  Am I missing something?
