Can't say this enough:
When flying the EC2 (especially on a new installation) always, Always,
ALWAYS! be prepared to make a mixture adjustment in the event of any engine
glitch or anomaly. It won't hurt anything (go rich first if in boost) and
will give you invaluable information even if it doesn't change anything.
DO IT!!
