With that clue, I think I know my answer. Atkins must have supplied you with the 850cc injectors that powered the 85-86 GSL-SE 13B. In that iteration of the car, Mazda used those.

Paul is using a TWM throttle body, so the stock injectors don't fit.  The TWM site lists injectors from 200 to 1011 cc/min.  Paul, did you ever look for numbers on your injectors, so we could figure out what they are?   
 
For fun, here's a link to Max Cooper's cool fuel calculator.  Note that the default injectors are 550 primary, and 850 secondary.  That's the stock 3rd gen arrangement, and it isn't as overkill as you might think.  These are maxed out at about 13 psi of boost at 8000 rpm or so.  There are a number of FD guys running as large as 1600 injectors.  Most only run them as secondaries, but some run them as primaries also.
