Subject: [FlyRotary] 13B Intake
Manifolds
I was looking
around the net and found these Weber 13B intake manifolds.
I am new to the whole rotary engine thing, so
I do not know if they are useful. But these things look a lot lighter than the
stock intake manifold on
Tracy's website
and easer to work with than the Paul's cast manifolds.
The manifolds
are halfway down the page.

Hi,
Alex....that is exactly what I used to build my manifold. I purchased it from
Mazdratrix, who got it from Austrailia. Because the two intakes were not
level, or perpendicular to the mounting flange, I had to cut it so that it was
parallel with the top of the engine, then I had the intake tubes welded
on. Here are a couple of old photos. The engine is now running, and the
intake seems to work very well. As it was, the manifold put the throttlebody
too high above the engine. Now, the throttlebody is on the cool side of
the engine, away from the exhaust. Hope this helps. Paul
