               Straight threads on plug and housing.  Inner just butt join as can also be ground into an oval if you need more air apparently.  That looks too difficult and have all the power required at the moment.  Neil.

Thanks for the pic. It looks like you didn't bore the thread diameter all the way to the wear surface, but in effect, threaded a 'blind hole'. Is that correct? Straight threads, I assume? From previous pics, I guess the outer housing was threaded, as well? And then the water jacket & case bolt hole were potted?

Since I can apparently type faster than I can think... is the inner housing layer threaded at all, or is it just a butt joint or nested into the hole?
