Sure Kelly.

 In simple form I think I have got to the point where I can produce highly detailed, investment cast parts. And do so for relatively decent cost. I think the rotary is a good candidate for this process. Kelly and I've discussed it some offline but at his suggestion I've brought the idea to the list. 

I think there are other possible uses for this process that would benefit rotary installations but for now I thought I'd start w/ intakes. The question is what make/years does one shoot for and what porting is most common. I suspect there will be two main groups, P-Port and stock. I'm not opposed to developing more than one, although I think a single unit as a starting place is best for now.

I've a plane project in the works and while I'm a long ways from putting a motor on it.. When the time comes it'd be nice to have bolt on solutions for several of these question areas.
