a tester on the way home.
Spinning the prop by hand, I couldn't get the
needle over 40. Spun it with the starter, and the rear rotor bounced around
100. The front rotor was between 80 and 90. I added a little oil
to the front rotor, and it to was up to 100.
This was on top of the ATF
I added last night. The engine did seem stronger after sitting in the
ATF for a while, but that may just be my imagination.
I put the valve
back in, to see what the max compression was on each rotor. Both pumped
the tester up to 120.
I will roll it out and give it another try
tomorrow.
